Here are answers to some of the most common questions founders ask before we start working together.

  • We primarily support service-based businesses and entrepreneurs, especially in health, wellness, and sports, but we’re not limited by industry.

    We can work locally, regionally, nationally, or internationally—geography is not a constraint.

  • Most new clients start with an hourly package so we can quickly understand your business and deliver early wins. Our standard rate is $125/hour, with discounted packages for 15-45 hours and even an option for a retainer investment (packages are paid in 3 installments).

    We also offer project based packages and once we get to know you and your business we offer monthly retainers and longer term contracts to ensure consistent presence and even more savings for you and your team.

  • We can support go-to-market planning and execution, HR and operations consulting, marketing strategy and implementation (social media, newsletters, physical marketing), event planning for offsites and team days, and coordination with trusted partners for finance, tax, and business formation.
